All orders dispatched within 24 hours Monday - Friday.

Deliveries will not occur on national and bank holidays in the UK and will be delayed until the following day.

We use Whistl to dispatch all of our orders. We will send tracking numbers to you upon dispatch of goods.

Returns Policy

How do I return or exchange a product?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, we are happy to accept returns subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

·       Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

·       Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

·       We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How do I arrange a return?

Return Costs

Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Can I return on order purchased in-store?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or provide support for orders purchased from any of our retail partners. If you purchased your item from a retailer or another website, please contact the store or website directly in accordance with their returns policy.
