What are the UK delivery options and costs?
All our UK orders are sent out via Whistl. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man at this time.
UK Standard Delivery is £3.95 or free on orders over £30.
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse from Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).
- Please allow up to 2-4 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse.
- Tracking information will be made available to you directly from the courier so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.
- This option does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.
- Note that deliveries may take slightly longer than usual over bank holidays and public holidays. Please allow an extra 1–2 working days for your delivery to arrive.
- Goods will be left in a safe location if you are not available to receive the delivery.
My order hasn’t arrived yet?
We aim to deliver UK standard orders within 2–4 working days from the goods leaving our warehouse. Please note these times are estimates. If your order hasn’t arrived, please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us, as delays can occasionally occur with couriers.
What are the International delivery options and costs?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer International shipping.
Can I return an item after purchase?

Can I return on order purchased in-store?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or provide support for orders purchased from any of our retail partners. If you purchased your item from a retailer or another website, please contact the store or website directly in accordance with their returns policy.
