How To Use

1. Run a warm bath
Create a calming space to help your body unwind.

2. Add the Pine Bath Salts
Sprinkle a generous handful into the water.

3. Pour in the Pine Bath Essence
Add 1 - 2 capfuls and swirl to release the revitalising pine aroma.

4. Soak for 15 - 20 minutes
Relax and let the formulas help soothe tired muscles and reset the body.

5. Cleanse with the Pine Bath & Shower Oil
Massage onto damp skin, add water to create a silky emulsion, then rinse.
