Pine Needle Essential Oil not only smells incredible but is known to have soothing and relaxing effects. It can also help to ease tired and sore muscles.

Perfect after exercise, a busy day or whenever you need to restore body and mind with an invigorating bathing ritual.
HOW TO USE
Run a warm bath and add a generous handful bath salts, followed by our aromatic essence. Soak for 15–20 minutes, then cleanse with our oil to leave skin soft, refreshed and restored.
HOW MUCH TO USE
Add a generous handful of bath salts and 1–2 capfuls of our essence to warm running water. Finish by lathering our bath & shower oil on damp skin before rinsing.
